Alex Plays with Arcade

Alex slowly entered some forensics building, clad in white coat with a black shirt with a blue scarf around her neck with a black skirt with dark tights and brown boots. The building itself had a simply lobby and a doorway in the back behind a counter with a do not enter sign nearby.

"Hana knows some strange friends." Alex said as the bell ding as she entered making a dark blue haired woman come out clad in a deep red lab coat with dark blue stockings on.

"Ahh, you must be Alex right? My name is Jasmine Jewel." She said stretching out her hand.

"Oh hi." Alex said shaking her hand, finding Jasmine to be very beautiful.

"Now, Hana tells me you're a gamer?" She asked curious.

"Oh yes, I've played a lot of games since I was young." Alex said as she began to go into detail on what she played, as she did Jasmine slowly began to day dream having no interest in digital media. What she day dreamed was holding a cloth of chloroform up to Alex's face and slowly watch her fall asleep.

"Ohhhhh, I would love to chloroform her cute body." Jasmine thought a bit giddy, she would have done it by now if it wasn't for her current problem and how Hana threaten to keep any chloroform away from her for a whole year if she tried anything. "Meanie Hana." Jasmine thought as Alex came to an end with her explanation on her gaming history.

"I hope it works for your problem?" Alex asked hopeful.

"Oh, uhh, yeah, yes of course. This way." She said not hearing a word and once in her lab they stood in front of a classic arcade cabinet which had different images of old 8 bit games plastered on it.

"Whoa, this is pretty old." Alex said impressed.

"Yeah it is, got it for a quarter from a place closing down the street. Anyways, I need you to go in there and drag out a girl that jumped into it." Jasmine said nonchalant.

"Excuse me?" Alex said not sure if she heard it right.

"I was a studying a girl who has special means of entering game systems like these which she escape during mid study, I need you to beat her at whatever it is she plays and drag her out. Pretty simple really." Jasmine explained.

"I, I don't know about this." Alex said as laughter came from the machine.

"Awww, is the noob scared?" A female voice said as a blurry red orange image could be seen on the screen.

"Who you calling noob?" Alex asked with a flare in her eyes which was answered with a laugh as a green pixelated portal open up which Alex jumped right into leading her inside of the machine.

"That was easy." Jasmine said and soon noticed something out of the corner of her eye and spun around to see a scientist like woman with dark blue twin tails for a hair style wearing a school uniform with a lab coat on with black thigh highs and dark shoes enter.

"Hmmm, what kind of run down place is this?" The girl known as Mai said unimpressed.

"Excuse me?" Jasmine said adjusting her glasses looking angry.

"Huh?" Mai said looking at her. "Hey you, are you the owner of this dump? I'm looking for a girl that likes arcade games. I've been tracking her and she’s been here far too long, Arcade should have met up with me hours ago." Mai explained not detailing how she could track her.

"Hold on there little girl, what right do you have coming into my lab and demanding things?" Jasmine said stomping over to her.

"This shamble dump is a lab? Well whatever makes you think you are a scientist." She said burning Jasmine with her comment who looked pissed off.

"Oh, it’s on." Jasmine said ready to school Mai good as they stared each other down.

"Where am I?" Alex asked as she was on a wide grey platform in a black area.

"My world noob." Came a voice as Alex looked up to see a girl with light red hair wearing a matching red shirt with a white plated skirt with white pantyhose and white socks on with dark shoes and wearing special gloves on her arms and a large flower brooch in her hair.

"Who you calling a noob?!" Alex demanded, glaring at the girl.

"I am, the names Arcade and if you think you can drag me out of this machine think again." She said laughing lightly. "In here I control everything down to the last sprite and rule word."

"So you’re a gaming god then?" Alex asked shrugging the name off. "Well, I have yet to lose any game against someone so full of their self." She said confidently.

"So you think you're all that huh? I'll show you how bad you really are." Arcade said hitting a button on her glove transporting Alex to a wide open area and before her was several obstacles, one was a stretch of streets with cars, trucks and other vehicles traveling it. Next was a thin stretch of land followed by a river with logs floating across it with one hole on the other side.

"Is this, Frogger?" Alex asked curious.

"Wow, you know that much at least. Yes, I figured I go easy on you for the first game." Arcade's voice echoed around.

"Seems so life like, virtual reality has nothing on this." Alex said stretching out her body. "But I'll do it easily!"

"Careful, you only have one life in this game, your life!" Arcade giggled as she watched the show unfold from the previous area via a screen.

"I really haven't played this game since kindergarten, but I still have the needed skill." Alex said confidently as she ran into oncoming traffic like a confused frog would. It was different playing the game without the topside view, but she was easily able to doge the traffic till she finally reached the other side.

"One part done." She said making Arcade frown.

Waiting for a good row of logs to appear, Alex began to jump across them and was only a few logs away from the exit.

"Hmph, not so fast." Arcade said pressing a button on her gloves, making a log that Alex was on suddenly roll.

"Whoa!" Alex cried out, losing her balance as she suddenly went spinning backwards into a thick hanging of vines. "Ahhhh!" Alex cried out getting tangled up in them.

"Heheheheh, what a noob. Can't keep your balance and falling so easily." Arcade mocked her making Alex glare knowing she just cheated.  

"Great, nothing like being wrapped in vines." Alex grunted as she struggled harder and had an idea and began to apply all her body weight to one side of the vines, making them break and snap which Alex was then able to use them to swing over to the exit and clear the stage.

"Wh-What?! How?! Cheater!" Arcade cried out angry.

"You are the one who cheated!" Alex cried out now back in a darken area.

"We'll see how you do on this one." Arcade said pressing a button her gloves to change the area.

"I agree you need to knock them out, but you also need to tie them down as well." Mai said adjusting her glasses.

"All you need it chloroform to experiment on someone." Jasmine glared.

"Bondage." Mai replied.

"Chloroform!" Jasmine shouted back.

"Grrrrr." They both growled as Mai pulled out some rope from her coat as Jasmine grabbed a soaked cloth.

They rushed at each other, attempting to use their submissions method on one another as after the lab debate, they got into a heated argument on how one should be treated for their testing methods leading to their current cat fight.

"Why is it so cold? Ack! My clothing!" Alex cried out to see herself now wearing a puffy blue jacket with a pink skirt and white tights with blue boots.

"Welcome to Ski Mania, go down the slope and reach the bottom without running into anything. Simple." Arcade's voice explained as Alex was standing on a pink snow board.

"Yeah, right simple." Alex said looking at the steep slope. "This better be the last game." She warned as she hooked her feet into the snow board’s black straps and began to descend the slope, not being good at snowboarding, but since it was a game it should be simple enough.

It started out easily enough, she had to dodge the trees and slide between the snowmen and pop a few balloons along the way, Alex knew this was going to be easy.

"Time to up the difficulty for the noob." Arcade said hitting a button making the world Alex was in shake.

"Huh? What was that?" Alex wondered looking around before her eyes widen. "Oh come on!" She cried out as a very large snow boulder was chasing her from behind, growing ever bigger even though it was easily big enough to pick her up already.

"Hehehahhahaha!" Arcade laughed at Alex's plight. “Slide away noob, slide away!”

"Is this snowboarding or Crash Bandicoot?!" Alex demanded as she lean forward to pick up speed and soon began to move faster, flying off ledges further and making it even harder to doge incoming obstacles.

"You acted so high and mighty before, where all that noob pride go?" Arcade asked giggling and laughing at Alex's plight.

"Gahh! Stop calling me that!" Alex cried out as the boulder was gaining and out of the corner of her eye Alex eyed an off path shortcut, she lean to the left side and flew off a ledge and managed to land on the shortcut losing the boulder. "Take that!" Alex shouted as the shortcut took her straight to the end where she crossed the finish line taking her out of the world and turning her clothing back to normal.

"Again!?" Arcade said stamping her foot on the ground glaring at the screen before her.

"Give up! You can't beat me with these games!" Alex declared.

"We'll see." Arcade said saving the best for last as she pressed several buttons on her glove.

"Grrrr, chloroform!" Jasmine cried out trying to reach Mai's face with her soaked cloth, which her hand was inches from it.

"Uhrrrrn, rope!" Mai cried out as she was trying to get Jasmine's hands behind her back.

As the two wrestled on the ground, another female ninja like person slipped into the lab and eyed both struggling females with a gleam in her eye and eyed the arcade cabinet with more interest as she snuck up on the lab women.

"Now where am I?" Alex asked confused as she was suddenly trapped in a large see through ball. "You better not be trying to suffocate me!" She yelled out still able to breathe easy.

"Oh calm down noob." Arcade said as she floated in the center of Alex's current world. "I figured we play this one together." She said pressing down a button on her glove.

"Together?" Alex wondered what she meant as Arcade let go of the button and Alex turn around to see a long spring loaded ram coming at her. "Ahh!" Alex cried out as it hit the ball she was in, sending her flying forward. "Pinball?!" She cried out as she was soon out into the middle of the pinball machine being banged and bashed around by all the different mechanics which tossed and turned her in the ball.

"Hehehehe, let’s see you beat this one. You need a score of ten thousand or more to win." Arcade said as she enjoyed the sight of Alex being tossed and thrown about inside of the ball.

"S-S-S-Stop!" Alex cried out as she was being thrashed around, leaving her dizzy and woozy.

"Can't stop when the ball is in motion." Arcade said as Alex went towards the bottom and Arcade tapped her directional button on her glove making the left flipper throw Alex back into the chaos.

"I'm going to be sick!" Alex cried out as she went banging around some more before going back to the bottom where Arcade used the right flipper instead of the left one where Alex landed on and fell into the bottom.

"Opps, wrong side. My bad." She giggled as Alex was put back in front of the ram.

"Not again." She gasp being sent back out much to Arcade's laughter.

“You barely have one thousand points, my hands getting greasy enough plus me being tired I just might slip up two more times.” Arcade teased.

Alex knew she had one life left, but wasn't about to be smacked by the ram again. She eyed the board carefully and began to flow with the ball's movement making it move to her will and worked its way up to the top slides. Once she was in flow, she began to run inside of the ball, picking up a great amount of speed and soon was shot out of the slide and into the air towards Arcade who was laughing and gloating unaware of the incoming ball.

"Hey Arcade!" Alex shouted out.

"Huh? What?!" She cried out seeing the ball come at her.

"You talk too much!" Alex cried out smashing into her.

"Noooooooo!" Arcade cried out losing the game as they both went into the bottom of the board and ended the game.

"Uhhnnn." Arcade groan being tossed to the floor on the grey platform as Alex used the blue scarf she was wearing to bind her hands.

"No more games! You lose!" Alex declared with her arms crossed and glaring.

"Fine, fine, you win. I give up. I'm sorry I escaped into this game, but what else am I supposed to do since I was kidnapped?" Arcade asked with a pout.

"Well good, now we- wait what?" Alex said confused.

"I was kidnapped and you came to drag me out right?" Arcade asked a little confused herself.

"What do you mean kidnapped?" Alex asked feeling bad.

"Wow, you are a noob." Arcade said making Alex angry.

"Stop calling me that! You were kidnapped? I didn't know that, I was just ask to get you out. I'm just doing my friend a favor by coming in here." Alex explained quickly realizing she was working for the bad guy.

"How about doing me a solid and get me away from that crazy woman?" Arcade asked.

"Stop calling me a noob and it’s a deal." Alex said.

"Deal, Alex." Arcade said happily as she was untied and helped up.

"So what kind of name is Arcade?" Alex asked curious as Arcade opened up an exit portal.

"Oh that's just a name I use, my real name is Shizuka. Nice to meet you." She said as Alex smiled as they shook hands, making them both be friends as they entered the real world.

"Okay Jasmine, what’s the deal with-" Alex said coming out, Shizuka's outfit turning into light tan t-shirt with blue shorts and the same pantyhose and socks on with red shoes when she stepped out.

"Mai?" Shizuka said surprised to see both scientists on the floor, tied back to back with white cloth gags gagging them as they were sleeping soundly. “Crap, I forgot to meet up with her.”

"What happened?" Alex looked around confused.

"Oh-no....." Shizuka suddenly said going blue in the face before Alex suddenly dropped to the ground knocked out cold from a hit to the back of the head. "S-Sis?!" Shizuka cried out trying to jump back into the arcade machine before she was suddenly grabbed by her left ear and dragged away by a woman with purple hair in a pony tie wearing a black outfit with a red skirt.

"I thought I made myself clear before you left? Not to get wrapped up in your games and be home in two hours, its been five hours!" She said her voice full of anger.

"H-Hey! It's not my fault, that girl in the red coat kidnapped me!" Shizuka cried out.

"I know, I made her talk before knocking her out along with Mai. She saw your powers and wanted to study them closer. Not only did you get wrapped up in your games, but you were careless as well." She said pulling harder at her ear.

"Ahhh!" Shizuka cried out weakly. "I'm sorry! Please don't punish me!" She begged.

"I think three hours having your hands wrapped up in tape should teach you a lesson." She said making Shizuka cry out.

"Anything but that! I can't play any of my games with my hands taped up!" She begged as she was dragged out of the building, looking at Alex's sleeping form one last time hoping to be able to play games with her again soon.

After being untied and saying sorry for her actions, Jasmine watched both Alex and Mai leave. Once gone, she walked over to the arcade box and her machines and looked at the data that had been gathered. She grinned happily as she had gotten tons of data on how Arcade’s gloves worked and to the point she could easily replicate them and her mind began to go wild on what she could do with gloves like those.
